Residual pressure and heat power
Technology introduction
Waste heat power generation technology is a technology that converts excessive heat energy in the production process into electrical energy. Waste heat power generation is not only energy-saving, but also conducive to environmental protection. Its wide range of industrial applications: applicable to calcium carbide, iron alloy, silicon materials, carbon and other high energy consuming industries; applicable to high dust content up to 100-150 g / standard cubic meter; applicable to medium and high temperature environment; and applicable to the flue-gas temperature of 450-1000℃. The equipment can run stably for a long time. The waste heat boiler can ensure the annual full-load operating rate of over 85%.
The technology is mainly used in the iron and steel, nonferrous metals, coal, building materials, chemical industry, textile industry and other industries which produce a great amount of waste heat and waste energy as well as in the industries which have not made full use of residual energy.
